Link popularity (link popularity) is a measure of the reliability of a website’s content, which greatly affects online visibility. Today search engines reward the reliability of a site by raising it to the top of response pages.
Link popularity means the number of websites that connect to a web page. The popularity by links is just one of the many parameters taken into account by Google (the world’s leading search engine) to decide the location of a page, therefore a page with high popularity does not automatically get a better position than a page with lower popularity. The PageRank™ uses link popularity as an important factor in the placement of a site. Pagerank is an analysis algorithm that assigns a numerical weight to each element of a hyperlink of a set of documents, such as the World Wide Web, with the aim of quantifying its relative importance within the series.
